In Step with the Truth

This week’s worship service continues our journey through Galatians as we move into chapter 2 and witness Paul’s public confrontation with Peter. Peter believed the truth of the gospel, but when pressure came, his actions no longer matched what he believed. Through this passage, we’ll see that following Jesus is about more than knowing the right doctrine—it means allowing the gospel to shape the way we actually live. Together, we’ll worship, open God’s Word, and consider what happens when our behavior contradicts the message we proclaim. The gospel is not merely a doctrinal position but a way of life. When our behavior contradicts the gospel, the integrity of the message is at stake.
